LAMB-Con 2012 will be a weekend filled with informal chat sessions, Q&As, sneak peek readings, parties, games, goodies, and so much more -- a unique opportunity to hang out with Lara and other Midnight Breed fans in a relaxed, casual and friendly setting in the heart of the Order's hometown, beautiful Boston Massachusetts.

To make LAMB-Con 2012 as special as possible for all attendees and to allow for optimum one-on-one time with Lara, we are limiting registrations to the first 100 people who sign up. There will be a waiting list available, should the event max out.

WHEN IS LAMB-CON?

Begins: 8AM Friday, August 24, 2012 (event check-in & welcome session)
Ends: 10AM Sunday, August 26, 2012 (after our farewell breakfast)

Please note: Because LAMB-Con begins Friday morning, we recommend that you plan to arrive Thursday evening, August 23rd. We'll have an informal gathering in the hotel lounge that evening for early arrivals.

HOW MUCH DOES LAMB-CON COST?

Registration: $215 USD, payable via credit card only
Hotel Nightly Rate: $169 USD, plus tax, based on double-occupancy (max 5 guests per room)

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT LAMB-CON?

Expect to have a good time in a casual atmosphere, plenty of reader goodies and chances to hang out with Lara and other fans of the Midnight Breed series. There will also be blocks of free time, during which you can have lunch or explore Boston with other attendees, go on independent tours, or just hang out at the hotel and relax.

WHERE DO I SIGN UP?

LAMB-Con registration closes on July 31, 2012, at 11:59 PM, or when we reach our maximum of 100 registered attendees, whichever comes first.

HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS

LAMB-Con has a block of discounted rooms set aside for attendees at our hosting hotel in Boston, the Marriott Copley Place.

Once you register for LAMB-Con, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a link to our hotel reservations page at the hotel (and an optional phone number, should you wish to reserve your room by calling the hotel). Our discounted room rate of $169 (plus tax) is based on a double occupancy room, but you are welcome to share with other attendees and split the cost. There is a maximum of 5 guests allowed per room; please contact the Marriott about rollaways or other special requirements.

Because LAMB-Con registration and welcome session begins Friday morning, we recommend attendees arrive for the convention Thursday evening. Hotel check-in opens at 3PM.

WHAT ABOUT GUESTS, KIDS AND VISITORS?

You must be registered in order to attend LAMB-Con, and LAMB-Con name badges will be required for admittance to all events. To be fair to all paying registrants, we cannot permit visitors or walk-ins. Adult attendance only; ages 18 and up, no children. Attendees are welcome to bring family and/or companions to the hotel, but only registered attendees wearing a LAMB-Con issued nametag will be permitted into meals and events.

LAMB-CON CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your registration at LAMB-Con 2012, please contact us via email at assistant@LaraAdrian.com before June 1, 2012 to request a refund of your registration fee ($215 USD). Cancellations received before June 1, 2012 will be refunded at 100%, minus $25 processing fee. Cancellations received between June 2, 2012 and July 31, 2012 will be refunded at 50%, minus $25 processing fee. Cancellations received on August 1, 2012 or later cannot be refunded. Should you cancel your LAMB-Con registration, you are responsible for contacting the hotel to cancel your room reservation as well.

LAMB-CON WAITING LIST

If you attempt to register for LAMB-Con 2012 after we have reached our 100 person maximum, you will have the option of being added to a Waiting List. All Waiting List requests will be date-stamped, and, should a spot open up, requesting attendees will be notified in first-come, first-served order.
